Allegheny National Forest Trail Summary
Cook Forest Online receives a lot of inquiries about four-wheeler, dirtbike, snowmobile, and mountainbike riding in the Forest.
ATV Riding is not permitted on Cook Forest State Park Property. If you're visiting from out of town and renting from a local land owner, the land owner may or may not permit ATVs on his property.
The nearest location open to the public is Marienville, with almost 110 miles of trail ranging from easy to most difficult.

All of these trails traverse the scenic forest hills in the Allegheny National Forest.
Winter riding trails open December 20 through April 1, trail conditions permitting. Summer riding trails open from the Friday before Memorial Day through last Sunday in September, conditions permitting.
